# The Architecture of Never > Civilian-led, AI-assisted airspace accountability. Population-scale ADS-B detection with statistical anomaly scoring, SHA-256 chain of custody, and Bradford Hill causal analysis. All data derived from public sources any member of the public can verify. The Architecture of Never operates Watchtower 2.0, an open-source sensor network and analysis pipeline that logs every aircraft in its observation zone (no curated subset), learns a 48-hour baseline, and flags statistical outliers against published regulatory floors (14 CFR §91.119, §107). Findings are cryptographically hashed and chained for court-admissible evidence. ## Pages - [Home](/): Mission, live counts, and the three pillars (Watch, Document, Advocate). - [Live Feed](/live): Real-time low-altitude detections with FAA registry identification and regulatory violation flags. - [Findings Archive](/findings): Math-flagged airspace anomaly events with Bradford Hill scoring against operator-cluster and temporal patterns. - [Violations Log](/violations): Time-stamped airspace violations with severity, location, and SHA-256 evidence hashes. - [Threat Index](/threat-index): Watchtower Threat Index (WTI) tier breakdown and top scoring events. - [Operators Directory](/operators): Resolved aircraft operators with shell-company linkage, agency flags, and detection counts. - [ML Anomaly Detections](/ml-detections): Machine-learning flagged anomalies with disclosed model name, version, and confidence. - [Legal Citations](/citations): Each triggered rule mapped to its 14 CFR section, USC statute, and consent-decree provision. All sources SHA-256 hashed. - [Reports](/reports): Full PDF investigations — Kern County Sheriff's Office accountability series. - [Rules & Regulations](/rules): Active regulatory baselines, airspace geofences, and CFR citations used by the system. - [Methodology](/methodology): How population-scale capture, baseline learning, anomaly detection, and chain of custody work. - [Legal Protections](/legal): First Amendment, FAA regulations, §1983, FOIA, FRE 901/902, and Daubert framework. - [Take Action](/act): Deploy a sensor, request a legal referral, file a FOIA, pitch a journalist, fund a county. - [About](/about): Who we are, what we are not, and the Josiah AI co-investigator. - [How to Read Watchtower](/how-to-read): Section-by-section field manual for reading the Live Feed, Findings, Violations, Threat Index, Operators, ML detections, Rules, and Methodology — written for journalists, attorneys, and affected residents. ## Optional - [Sitemap](/sitemap.xml): Machine-readable index of all public routes.
